With over 20 years of experience in Pilates, yoga, and community-based women’s fitness, Shabana brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every session. Trained as a female gym instructor, she has been dedicated to teaching Pilates and yoga classes for women across Leicester and surrounding areas. Her approach emphasises mindful movement, postural alignment, and core strength, making her sessions both therapeutic and invigorating. Tailoring her teaching to all fitness levels, Shabana is known for creating an accessible, encouraging environment where women can build strength, improve flexibility, and feel confident in their bodies.
