Delivery Leads and Volunteers:
Behind every successful initiative, there are our enthusiastic Delivery Leads and committed volunteers. Our Delivery Leads take the lead on various projects, bringing their expertise and creativity to make a real impact. Volunteers are the backbone of our community, contributing their time and skills to bring our vision to life.

Our organisation adopts a flat hierarchical structure, comprising two key roles: the steering committee and the delivery lead. The steering committee oversees strategic planning, governance, and decision-making, while the delivery lead is responsible for executing community projects and coordinating with volunteers. This streamlined approach ensures effective leadership and project implementation.
