This monthβs Girls Youth Programme is centred on the theme of Mental Health Matters β an essential and timely topic for young Muslim girls navigating the pressures of modern life.
Through uplifting talks, meaningful reflections, and engaging activities, this session will provide a supportive and safe environment to talk about emotional well-being, self-care, and how Islam encourages balance, resilience, and compassion.

Inspiring Talks
Delivered by Ustadha Unaisah and Ustadha Asma, who will explore emotional well-being through an Islamic lens, including the inspiring story of a Sahabiyah known for her inner strength and patience.Guest Speaker: Sister Haleemah from Spinney Hill Support
Weβre honoured to welcome Sister Haleemah, who will speak about the reality of mental health challenges, recognising signs of struggle, and the importance of reaching out for support β especially for young Muslim women.Interactive Group Activities

An inspiring Alimiyyah foundation working to nurture a deep love of Islam in the hearts of young Muslim women. With engaging, qualified female scholars and a holistic, spiritually rich approach, Al-Hanafiyyat has been instrumental in the success of the Girls Youth Programme β making Islamic knowledge relevant, relatable, and empowering.
