We are proud to announce that all sessions now take place in our exclusive private gym studio, giving members a dedicated space that allows them to train with focus and confidence.

Membership – Only £25 per Month
For just £25 per month, members get access to around 12 group sessions every month — offering incredible value, consistent training, and a supportive community to keep you motivated.

With an average of 12 sessions each month, Deen & Discipline provides consistent, high-energy group workouts suitable for all fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers.
